      • LADWP Board of Water and Power Commissioners report and Resolution (.pdf), and joint CAO, CLA, and DWP Office of Public Accountability (Ratepayer Advocate) communication relative to LADWP’s Incremental Electric Rate Ordinance.
      • Per the report, “Approximately 76 percent of all residential customers will see an annual average rate increase less than or equal to the system average of 5.5 percent over the next two fiscal years” and residential customers “who consume four times the monthly system average (roughly 2,000 kWh) will see an increase of 8.1 percent…”.
